				<title>Making Sure...</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ I'm looking at AWS for a PostgreSQL and Tomcat project and have no foundation for determining what will fulfill my needs. If there is a FAQ entry that I can read I would be happy to do so.<br /> <br /> I *think* that the 32-bit AMI will be sufficient. Assuming that it is, what instance size is required/recommended to support that AMI?<br /> <br /> The application has minimal number of writes. Would permanent storage be required or recommended or would the local storage be sufficient?<br /> <br /> Also, is it straightforward to install Java and Tomcat on the same server for hosting a website?<br /> <br /> Many thanks!<br /> <br /> rjsjr]]></description>

				<title>Instance boots but appears to be using wrong kernel (ami-21816d48)</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Hello,<br /> <br /> I'm attempting to launch an instance of ami-21816d48.<br /> <br /> I set PG up the way I wanted then tried to configure the firewall/iptables. This led me to discover that the machine appears to be booting into kernel 2.6.16 yet 2.6.18 is installed. So no modules are found. Also errors on boot like missing modules.dep. <br /> <br /> [code]modprobe: FATAL: Could not load /lib/modules/2.6.18-xenU-ec2-v1.0/modules.dep: No such file or directory<br /> [/code]<br /> <br /> And permission problems.<br /> <br /> What is the right way to launch this AMI? 				<title>How do I install PHP apache or use stackbuilder to do it for me?</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Hi,<br /> I am quite new to enterprisedb, the cloud, and SSH and have been tinkering around into the late hours trying to install apache / php properly.  Am hoping to use stackbuilder but this is as far as I can get after entering the following command<br /> <br /> # /opt/PostgresPlus/8.4SS/scripts/runstackbuilder.sh --console<br /> No graphical su/sudo program could be found on your system!<br /> This window must be kept open while Stack Builder is running.<br /> <br /> Error: Unable to initialize gtk, is DISPLAY set properly?<br /> <br /> Is there a better way to do so?  can i use aptget?<br /> <br />   Thanks,<br />   -J<br /> ]]></description>

				<title>Design architecture</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Hi,<br />   Am new to AWS and would like to install drupal on a PostgreSQL database.  Have done a significant amount of research and am trying to find a starting place for a design architecture.
