Hi,

I registered for the free trial, but when I try to start a new cluster, I get the following error:

Error Subscription to ProductCode 882F86CE required

What do you advise as the next step?

You are registered on the DBaaS Console which is our pay-for service. Please forward the email you received sending your Free Trial log in credentials to gary.carter@enterprisedb.com and I will sort this out for you.

Thanks,

Gary

The problem is you registered for the DBaaS service without first purchasing the product through Amazon's DevPay infrastructure. Please send the email address you used to register to gary.carter@enterprisedb.com and I'll delete that user. Once deleted you need to follow these instructions to sign up for the service: http://www.enterprisedb.com/cloud-database/amzn-launch-guide-dbaas

Hi eDB team, never heard back from you guys on this.

I signed up today for the full version with my amazon account, did the dev pay authorization, put in my authorization key etc, and i'm getting

UNEXPECTED ERROR
org.jclouds.rest.AuthorizationException: The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided….

Can you please help me resolve this issue ASAP?

Hi rukkusinc, we've come across an issue with the Amazon key pair being used to start your clusters. Its unclear whether its an Amazon issue or ours. We are still debugging and will keep you posted.

I created a new subscriber account on Friday, was working with Hans to resolve the login bug. It seemed to be working then, but today I've been completely unable to sign in. (my login email is thebhanman@gmail.com)

Can you please help?
