unexpected error when try to tune standart server  XML

Hello guys,
I installed standart server 9.03 on CentOS 5.5 and try to tune it. When I choose mode in in enterpriseDB wizard and press 'next' I have got 'initializing web service' and finally 'unexpected error'. What's wrong? Any ideas?

P.S.
I am looking for the same problem on forum but have got nothing
