Ubuntu pgadmin3 - regular user does not have "Object Browser"  XML

My id has the PostgreSQL Superuser privileges.
From UNIX ID postgres, after login to postgres and run pgadmin3, I have "Object Browser".
But with my own regular UNIX ID, I don't have "Object Browser" section.

The status shows "Connecting to database... Done."
No properties are available for the current selection.

If you can share some Snapshot. It would help.
Also, Please elaborate the issue. I did not get what exactly is a issue which you are mentioning here.
