Change user name

I didn't choose my username, it was foisted on me. I'd like to change it. How do I do that?

As a superuser:

ALTER USER name RENAME TO newname;

Sorry, that's not possible from user end.

The user name has been updated. All the new posts will show the new user name.

Please p.m. me the username you'd like to use and I'll update that in your profile. Unfortunately we do not have an automated way of doing it right now, but we working on it.
