Problems installing PostGres 8.3.7-1Windows

I had a similar symptom (problem running post-install step), problem was cscript.exe was missing from system32.

Symptom: When you look in the logfile, no results / output shown after various cscript commands.

Related, maybe - the net1.exe file was also missing, making commands like 'net user' fail with an error 2.

Just FYI, for people looking at the thread. This *may* have something to do with uninstalling several different versions of PostgreSQL simultaneously (8.0, 8.3, bunch of drivers.) Maybe.
