The download page of enterprisedb website only lists the source code, and does the wizard run on windows ?

The Tuning Wizard binary gets installed through StackBuilder which is a part of the PostgreSQL Community Installer. The installers for Windows, Linux 32/64 and Mac are available at

http://www.enterprisedb.com/products/pgdownload.do

I'm behind a secured firewall and the StackBuilder proxy configuration doesn't accept user/password. How do I install the source code version? I have Windows and Linux servers.
